Welcome to www.seterradesigns.com. The www.seterradesigns.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Seterra Designs LLC. www.seterradesigns.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.seterradesigns.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.

Your use of www.seterradesigns.com is subject to Seterra Designs LLC's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Product Descriptions: Handcrafted & Vintage Jewelry
Artisan Nature: Seterra Designs LLC specializes in handcrafted jewelry. Because items are hand-forged, customers acknowledge that slight variations and unique tool marks are a characteristic of the artisan process and not a defect.
Vintage Elements: Many pieces integrate vintage or up-cycled components. These elements are sold "as-is" and may show signs of age or character consistent with their history.
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all descriptions; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Standard Returns: Should you wish to return a non-custom item, you must contact us at antoinette@seterradesigns.com within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unaltered condition in their original packaging to receive a refund.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Custom Orders: Custom-designed jewelry and bespoke commissions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can facilitate a resolution.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site or sending emails to Seterra Designs LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Seterra Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seterra Designs LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or participate in the transfer or sale of any content found on the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seterra Designs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter through final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. Any arbitration will take place on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SETERRA DESIGNS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Termination/Access Restriction
Seterra Designs LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Clark County, Washington.
Changes to Terms
Seterra Designs LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
