Due to the highly personalized nature of this work and the immediate allocation of fine metals and gemstones, all custom orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

To begin the creative process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures design time, hand-skecthing, and the sourcing of materials for your pirce.

Due to the bespoke nature of each commission, deposits are non-refundable once design work and material sourcing have begun.

The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the delivery or shipment of your finished piece.
