Thank you for supporting local artistry. Because every piece of jewelry at Seterra Designs is handcrafted with intention, our shipping process reflects the time and care required for artisanal metalsmithing.
Processing & Production Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for existing inventory are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Since these items are hand-forged specifically for you, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your item is shipped. You will receive a notification as soon as your piece is headed your way.
Business Days: Our studio operates Monday through Friday. Processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping via USPS and UPS within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Pickup: If you are local to the Vancouver area, we may offer local pickup options at our retail showcases (such as Pop-Local or Eras). Please contact us directly if you wish to coordinate an in-person hand-off.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Seterra Designs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages
Seterra Designs LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For high-value 14k gold pieces, we highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance and signature confirmation.
