Return & Exchange Policy
At Seterra Designs, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Conditions
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Exclusions: Please note that custom-designed jewelry and bespoke commissions are final sale and not eligible for return.
Shipping & Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please email us at antoinette@seterradesigns.com to request a Return Authorization.
Ship Your Item: Once approved, mail your item to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
